Beverly Lawrence Fenn

Beverly passed away February 19, 2026 in Littleton, Colorado, at the age of 63.

Beverly was born October 15, 1962 in Saint Joseph, Missouri.

She was a 1985 graduate of Colorado State University and member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority.  Professional, Beverly was a Mortgage Broker for nearly 40 years. She took pride in helping people achieve their dream of home ownership, securing homes and financial stability for their families.    

A member of Highline Community Church, Centennial, CO and a long-time member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood. 

Beverly had a passion for her friends, painting watercolors and her beloved English Cocker Spaniels. She enjoyed many vacations with family and close friends; shell hunting on Sanibel Island, Florida, traveling the world via cruise ship and ending each summer with a stay at Jenny Lake Lodge in Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming.  In the mountains, she adventured to watch the wildlife play always happy to spot the many moose and bears that make the area special.
